We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective (due to our specialised unique and limited stock. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund + shipping or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
If an item has been damaged in transit, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible.
Faults & Warranty
If an item arrives that is faulty, missing parts, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible.
